Activation Fees
When you create your account and proceed to activate a quiz on Zaponda.com, you pay a one-time activation fee ranging from $5 to $300, depending on the quiz package you select. This fee grants you access to our sports quizzes, where you can earn rewards based on your performance.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for activation fees will be considered under the following conditions:
1. Technical Issues:
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing the quizzes, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of encountering the issue.
2. Unauthorized Transactions:
If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, issue a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
i). Falling Short of Attaining Quiz Pass Mark:
If after attempting the quiz and don’t attain the pass mark, you go ahead and request a refund, we won’t be able to process it.
ii). Proven Quiz Malpractices:
At zaponda.com, engaging in test practices that gives them an unfair edge are not eligible for refund. If proven beyond doubt, such account holders are also not eligible for rewards.
